"Terrible Experience with This Business"
This company is the absolute worst—totally ignored my instructions. Really wish I’d gotten the call on tape. Forget about getting your money back; they never do refunds. They shipped me two parts for the same side of my car, like I’m supposed to just flip one around for the other side? After they got my go-ahead, they stopped picking up the phone. Don’t let them rip you off like they did me.

"Dishonest Business Practices"
I bought magnets for my work van, expecting them to be die-cut, but what showed up was the wrong size and not die-cut at all. The proof they provided didn’t show these problems. When I reached out, support admitted they actually can’t die-cut magnets, even though their site says otherwise and they charge extra for it. Rather than giving my money back, they just offered store credit, which is useless since they can’t make what I ordered. The quality was poor and the customer service was even worse. Seriously, steer clear of this place.

"Total Rip-Off Artists"
These folks are out to take your cash and leave you with nothing in return. They charge way too much and refuse to stand by any promises. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this fake business. Don’t let these scammers get your money!

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
Really should’ve paid attention to what others said. Communication was a nightmare. I ordered red and yellow, but what showed up looked more like mud and clay. They expect you to handle the whole return hassle yourself, and after jumping through all the hoops, you find out you won’t get your money back. Honestly, I could rant about this for a while…

"Outstanding Support from Decals.com"
Honestly, I was a bit taken aback to find decals.com rated so low, since my own experience was top-notch!
I only placed a tiny, inexpensive order—just a few QR code stickers, each about 6 by 7 inches. Turns out, my image was a square and needed some tweaks to fit the size, so Andrea reached out to get my okay on the changes. She wanted to double-check that everything would look right and that the codes would scan properly.
Funny enough, I had previously bought a large decal for $100 from a different company, and they totally missed a weird bright line in the design. That’s actually why I decided to try decals.com. I even adjusted the size of my order to make up for the other company’s lack of attention to detail.
Andrea at decals.com went above and beyond to make sure my little stickers came out just right. Not only do they scan perfectly, but they also tossed in four extras for free. No clue why, but hey, I’m not complaining—it was a sweet bonus!
Forget printmoz, I’m sticking with decals.com from now on.

"Awful Service – Confusing Info and No Money Back"
I bought a personalized decal from Decals.com, specifying 17 inches tall by 24 inches wide, just like their site says (Height × Width). After I placed my order, someone from their team reached out about '17 × 24' but never actually said which number was which. I double-checked using the format shown on their website. Instead of following that, they switched it up and made it 24 inches tall by 17 inches wide, without even asking me.
When I called them out on the mix-up and asked for my money back, they said no. Their reasoning? Once you give the green light, you can’t change anything—even though their staff’s unclear email led to the problem and it didn’t match the format on their own site. Later, they tried to say my design wouldn’t pass USDOT rules, which had nothing to do with my order.
To sum it up:
• Communication was a mess (they ignored their own Height × Width guideline).
• Customer support was not helpful (they put the blame on me).
• No responsibility taken (they wouldn’t refund me, just offered a half-off reprint).
They hide behind a strict 'no refunds' rule, even when they’re the ones who mess up. If you’re thinking about buying from them, heads up: once you say yes, they can twist your order however they want, and you’re left footing the bill for something you didn’t want.
"Awesome Boat Stickers and Top-Notch Service"
We picked up some vinyl stickers for our boat and the folks at Decals.com were super supportive throughout. They gave advice when I was unsure about which style to pick and double-checked the proofs with me. The package arrived right when they said it would, and the decals looked fantastic. We didn’t exactly nail the application, but that’s on us—luckily, they have some handy how-to videos to help out. The boat looks sharp with the new decals! Plus, they even included a thank you note, which was a nice touch, especially since our order wasn’t huge. I almost went with a local shop, but the price would’ve been double. If you’re thinking about getting decals, I’d definitely suggest giving Decals.com a try.

"Let Down by Quality and Support"
The photo magnet I got was so dark you could barely make out anyone’s face. When I asked for a refund, they didn’t cover the expensive shipping, and they didn’t even suggest a discount for a reprint. Honestly, both the item and the help I got were a letdown.

"Received faulty decals and no help"
They shipped me decals that were messed up, and they refuse to fix the issue. The folks in customer service and the claims team are honestly useless.

"Left Us With $35,000 in Repairs and No Compensation"
We bought a bunch of so-called 'temporary' floor decals to jazz up the space for a preschool fundraiser at our church. The website promised these would come off cleanly, no mess, no harm. We did exactly what their removal guide said, but it turned into a backbreaking ordeal—took a whole crew several days, and even then, big patches of the floor’s finish came up with the stickers. The damage was so bad, the entire floor now needs to be stripped, sanded, and resealed. We got several pros to check it out, and the repair estimates are between $35,000 and $50,000. Decals.com won’t even give us our money back for the decals, let alone help pay for the repairs. They’ve been ignoring our calls and emails, too. This was for a preschool event at a church, and their product totally wrecked the place. The way Decals.com has handled this is just shameful. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

"First Time Shopping with Decals.com"
I recently placed my first order with Decals.com because we needed some custom magnets made. The process for ordering was pretty straightforward, and I got an email right away confirming everything, saying they liked the design and the choices I picked. They did offer to send a physical proof before printing, but I decided to skip that step this time.
My order was processed and shipped out to Florida in no time. The magnets turned out just as I hoped—good quality and the printing looked great. Seth even included a handwritten thank you note, which was a nice touch.
All in all, I had a really positive and personal experience. No issues at all.

"Awful Experience with Support Team"
The support folks here are just plain bad. Matt Gregerson, who’s supposed to be the customer service manager at decals.com, really doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. Ever wonder why their stickers are so inexpensive? It’s because they’ll hit you with a $14 price tag for the decal, then slap on a $70 shipping fee. The site promises UPS three-day shipping, but they actually send it out with USPS ground instead. You don’t get to pick your shipping method during checkout, either. Feels pretty shady to me. I argued back and forth with Matt, and he just blamed their sky-high shipping on some algorithm, which is laughable. I even checked USPS myself, grabbed a screenshot of the real shipping price to my address, and found out they were overcharging by fifty bucks. He still wouldn’t refund the shipping difference. That’s the last time I’ll buy from them. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

"Did Not Expect This Level of Service"
I uploaded my quickly made design, asked to see a proof, and soon after, got a call. Holly reached out to let me know my submission might not turn out right, but she understood what I was aiming for and offered some ideas to help me get there. I told her to go ahead and make any changes she thought were best, we settled on the dimensions, and the proof looked solid.
Over the past decade and a half, I’ve worked with a ton of decal suppliers, and I even spent some time in a vinyl shop myself, so I’m pretty familiar with the usual process and what to expect.
Honestly, with a name like Decals.com, I was bracing myself for the typical big company headaches—no one calls you back, you’re just another order in the pile, and you get lost in the shuffle because someone else is spending way more money.
But that wasn’t the case here. Holly was super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. If she hadn’t double-checked my file and called me, I probably would’ve ended up with something I didn’t like, and it would’ve been on me.
So yeah, the service was good, but that’s not the main reason I’m writing this. I’m used to mediocre treatment from businesses, so when a company actually does things right, it really stands out. The real kicker? I got a handwritten note from Holly at Decals.com. Not printed to look handwritten—actually written with a pen. I’ve never gotten a real handwritten card from any company, no matter how much I spent. Usually, if it looks handwritten, it’s just a fancy print job, which honestly just feels fake.
At first, I was confused—thought my decals couldn’t possibly fit in that envelope. But man, it was a great surprise. Thanks for showing me that not all big companies are impersonal, and there’s still some genuine care out there.
I’ll definitely order again.

"Terrible Experience with Support Team"
Is there anyone at your business who actually bothers to reply to emails? I reached out before about my Order #53505 and haven’t heard a thing. If I keep getting ignored, I’ll have to let my credit card provider know about this super late order. You folks promised to update me when my item shipped. I placed the order back on October 20th, 2024, and still nothing from your end!

"Terrible Customer Support"
Is there anyone at your company who bothers to reply to my previous email regarding my Order no:53505? If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll have to report my long-overdue order to my credit card provider.
You folks mentioned that I would be notified when the product ships. I placed my order on October 20th, 2024, and still, I’ve received NO RESPONSE!!!!
